The compounding effects are limitless, we will suggest books articles and other action items stories and adventures as a vehicle to take you to where you would like to go. A path to follow or steppingstones across obstacles that are opportunities that present themselves.

1.   Identify Your Goals: The first step is to identify your goals, both personal and professional. Take some time to reflect on what you want to achieve and why. This will help you determine the areas of your life to focus on and the types of mentoring and training that will be most beneficial to you.

2.   Find The Right Mentor: Once you've identified your goal or goals, that’s an important step. It takes time and energy just to start. You may need help identifying and listing goals. You need to find a starting point and the location of where you presently are, on your journey. A beneficial step is to find the right coach or mentor. Look for someone who has experience and expertise in the areas that you want to work on. You should also look for someone who is going to challenge you and keep you on point for what you are looking to accomplish.

Mentorship: Is the influence, guidance, or direction given by a mentor. A mentor is someone who helps advise and teaches to a person willing to learn. In an organizational setting, a mentor influences the personal and professional growth of a mentee. It’s important that mentors have experience that others can learn from.

3.   Create A Personalized Plan: Work with your mentor to create a personalized plan that is tailored to your specific needs and goals. This plan will include actionable steps and timelines to achieve your goals.

4.   Take Action: Once you have a plan in place, it's time to take action. Start implementing the steps outlined in your plan and track your progress along the way. Celebrate your successes and use any setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow.

5.   Stay Accountable: It can be challenging to stay motivated and on track when you're working towards goals. That's where regular check-ins with your mentor will keep you accountable and motivated by utilizing tasks, lessons, and action items.
